APIN has built sustainable management systems as well as local infrastructural and human capacity that enable it to operate as one of the major providers of comprehensive HIV/AIDS in Nigeria. APIN’s management systems (financial, administrative, logistic, data, quality improvement and clinical) have been designed to be able to face the ever increasing challenges associated with its work. Financial and administrative personnel are responsible for the management of the organization’s funding streams and providing assistance and support to collaborating sites in order to facilitate improved systems for accountability. Our Strategic Information (SI) team is responsible for oversight data management, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), and Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement (QA/QI) of program activities.
