Get Together House is a psychosocial rehabilitation day program who provide group and individual psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery services. To maximise the social and community participation of people with mental illness and psycho-social disability GT House uses a recovery-orientated approach, which focuses on strengths and personal growth. Services are available to adults aged 16-64 with a mental illness and psychiatric disability, living in the Upper Hume Region of Victoria.
