Next Step Recovery is Individualized and EffectiveThe treatment Team at NSRS is dedicated to highly individualized treatment for every client Our residential setting is private, intimate, and designed to focus on the individual needs to of men and women with addictive disorders We offer Twelve Step Facilitation, Cognitive and Behavioral therapy approaches such as Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and evidenced based curriculum We can also offer EMDR to those with PTSD We employ on site therapists and certified counselors, educators and registered addiction specialists Therapy is done 1 to three times a week and all clients work closely with their case-manager or alcohol and drug counselor Clients are taken to 12 step meetings 6 to 7 times a week We offer a nutritionist and a personal trainer twice a week who also works with clients on an individualized basis This is often accompanied by gym visits where an Olympic sized pool, sauna and Jacuzzi are available NSRS is licensed by California through ADP
