The Addiction Recovery Center specializes in the treatment of Sexually Compulsive behaviors in an outpatient setting The ARC is the exclusive provider of the LifeSTAR Bay Area program We offer a dual track program for sex addicts and their partners The ARC's program is a 4 Phase program using the LifeSTAR materials in an outpatient group setting Both the addict and the partner receive help with the unique challenges of this disease The initial Phase 1 seminar is a series of 6 Saturday mornings to learn about this difficult behavior, and what can be done to change your lifeand those around you! Phase 2 offers small weekly groups with a staff facilitator, with workbooks, outside commitment to a 12-Step program and other tools to help you Phase 3 continues the group work, but now the focus is on childhood trauma which is where all addiction begins The Partners also have small group meetings with the emphasis given to healing from the relational trauma and help to decide what to do going forward Don't wait to get help!
