I use to have trouble controlling the thoughts in my head. I would tell myself that i was good at nothing.  This all change when I took a step back and looked at the people around me. When I started to look around I saw that the people around me weren't that much better than me. I saw the flows in other people which made me feel better with myself. If people just opened their eyes to see other people and themselves they can see their true potential.

When you can live fully in the present moment, when we can enjoy and appreciate the JOURNEY, our life becomes a beautiful destination. You should take your time, what you're doing, and who is with you. Instead of becoming caught up in the past or worrying about what will happen in the future, try to savor each moment as it passes. Worrying about what is going to happen is never good because you can't control what might happen. So you should just try the live your life in the present.

To most people, Therapy is just going into someone's office and talking to them about your problems. But for me therapy is just getting your mind off it. For this person it is music but for other people it could be the gym, running or talking to family. Their are multiple forms of therapy then just the normal office talk with someone. The thing that really matters if that way you are trying is actually helping you.
