It's Okay to Not Be Okay

Stop going so hard on yourself. You are doing better than you'd think. However, feelings of self-doubt and "not doing enough" are common. And it is totally okay to let negative emotion out it is actually great for you. You cannot forget about yourself... do not discredit how far you've come. Think about it like this... there's always a bad side to the good (in everything you could possibly imagine), and vice versa. It is a part of life. To conclude this reminder, remember your mental strength and how capable you are. I believe in you, always.

I use to have trouble controlling the thoughts in my head. I would tell myself that i was good at nothing.  This all change when I took a step back and looked at the people around me. When I started to look around I saw that the people around me weren't that much better than me. I saw the flows in other people which made me feel better with myself. If people just opened their eyes to see other people and themselves they can see their true potential.
